Refund & Payment Policy

At Blackwell Solutions, we value transparency and fairness in all business dealings. Please review our payment and refund terms carefully before engaging our services.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any project.

  • The remaining balance is payable in full before the delivery of the final work or completion of agreed milestones.

  • Payments can be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or other methods agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources and time are allocated immediately.
  • Refunds will only be considered if Blackwell Solutions fails to deliver the services explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the issue arising.

Late or Non-Payments

  • Delays in payment may result in a hold or suspension of the project until the outstanding balance is settled.

  • Blackwell Solutions reserves the right to charge interest or fees on overdue accounts where applicable.

  • Projects may be paused or terminated if payments are not made.

  • Final work will not be released until outstanding payments are cleared.

Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific sales or marketing outcomes, as results vary by industry and client effort.
  • We are not responsible for external factors such as hosting provider downtime, third-party app failures, or client-side technical issues.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their websites and apps unless enrolled in a support package.
